Member Frontline Cashier

About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serve as the primary point of contact for members at the front end of the store. This role is essential to ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience, where associates assist members with purchases, operate registers, and provide high-quality customer service.

Day in the Life

As a Frontline Cashier, you will be responsible for scanning merchandise, processing cash and card payments, and verifying memberships with speed and accuracy. You will assist members with questions, handle returns when needed, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Additionally, you may assist with self-checkout stations and help members with large purchases, ensuring that every interaction reflects Sam’s Club’s commitment to friendly and helpful service.
