About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serveing its members by providing exceptional customer service and efficient checkout experiences. The Member Frontline Cashier plays a vital role in the front end of the store, ensuring that every member has a positive and seamless shopping experience. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Day in the Life
As a Member Frontline Cashier, your day will involve interacting with members to assist with their purchases, operate registers, and provide friendly and accurately, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area. You will be responsible for scanning merchandise, processing cash and card payments, verifying memberships, and assisting members with questions. Additionally, you may assist with self-checkout stations and help members with large purchases. Your ability to follow Sam’s Club customer service policies, cash handling procedures, and front-end operational guidelines will be key to your success in this role.
