About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Member Frontline Cashiers to serveing its members by seeking dedicated Member Frontline Cashiers. This role is essential to the front-end operations, ensuring that members receive efficient and friendly assistance with their purchases. The position focuses on providing excellent customer service while maintaining the high standards of the Sam’s Club environment.
Day in the Life
As a Member Frontline Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting members with their purchases and operating registers at the front end of the store. Your duties include scanning merchandise, processing cash and card payments, and card payments, and verifying memberships. You will also assist members with questions, handle returns when needed, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area, and assist with self-checkout stations. Additionally, you may help members with large purchases.
