About the Role
We are looking for someone to be an Advocate of Empathy: Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy. It will be your job to create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleAssist residents with sitting, standing, and walking for residents, and after falls
- check_circleCreate human connections and provide empathetic support to residents
- check_circleAdminister medications to residents according to proper protocols
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedActive certification per state guidelines

- verifiedEnglish reading, writing, and communication skills
