About the Role
As a Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within an acute-care setting. This role is designed for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments, managing a diverse patient population while continuously monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms. You will be responsible for administering medications, coordinating complex care plans, and ensuring rigorous safety and compliance standards are met.
Your day will involve collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, and support staff to execute individualized care plans. A key part of your mission is providing clear education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions. You will also participate in shift handoffs, interdisciplinary rounds, and quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient outcomes.
