About the Role
This position serves as a vital support pillar within the Columbia Heart Columbia DT cost center, focusing entirely on the facilitation of accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters. The role is designed to ensure that physician-dictated histories, physical examinations, family and social backgrounds, past medical histories, procedures, lab results, and radiographic impressions are meticulously recorded. By maintaining precise records, the role contributes directly to the productivity of the medical team, ensuring that the cost of services is offset through efficient operations.
You will work full-time in the office environment, collaborating with energetic and enthusiastic individuals to support the daily flow of patient care. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and the ability to manage complex patient data are essential to the team's success.
