About the Role
The Inline Group is seeking a Med-Ped Physician to join GraceMed Health Clinic in Kansas. This employed position focuses on providing professional medical services to complement the delivery of primary health care services. complement the delivery of primary health care services. The role involves providing clinical leadership and supervision of midlevel providers and medical support staff.
Day in the Life
As a Med-Ped Physician, you will see an average of 22 to 24 patients daily. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, though the schedule may vary. On-call duties are required on a rotating basis.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy degree. of Osteopathy degree. You must possess current State of Kansas MD or DO licensure and DO licensure, as well as a current DEA certificate. The role prefers Board Certification in the specialty, experience in public health, and previous medical office experience. Maintaining appropriate licensure and certification, certification, including meeting or exceeding CME requirements, is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges from $195,000 to $274,000.000. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance; Life insurance; Short and Long Term Disability; Disability; and voluntary benefits such as legal, accident, and accident coverage. Employees receive 16 PTO days and 10 Paid Holidays. Holidays. A 403b plan with a 6% match is provided. Additionally, the company offers 5 CME days plus a $3,000 annual allowance. The company provides lab jackets and/or scrubs, and malpractice insurance is covered. A $75,000 HRSA Loan Repayment is available for recent and future new grads. Sign-On Bonus is also offered.
