This Mechanical Technician III position sits within the Engineering Projects team, serving as a critical bridge between design intent and operational reality. The role is dedicated to driving capacity additions, executing complex line installations, and leading mechanical debugging efforts to prepare equipment for Operations Receivership. You will be the technical anchor for multi-line equipment projects, ensuring that installations are delivered on time, error-free, and aligned with strategic growth goals.
In this capacity, you will leverage deep knowledge of mechanical engineering, machining, and design to solve technical challenges as they arise. Your work directly impacts the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing floor, transforming theoretical plans into robust, functioning systems. You will collaborate cross-functionally with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues while safeguarding product quality, timelines, and cost targets.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of hands-on technical work and strategic project management. You will lead installation and debugging activities, ensuring milestones are met amidst the fast-paced nature of a growing manufacturing environment. From interpreting complex blueprints and schematics to performing advanced troubleshooting on pumps, motors, conveyors, and hydraulic systems, your expertise will be the primary tool for diagnosing failures and implementing immediate solutions.
Beyond the bench, you will manage the lifecycle of mechanical support by maintaining spare parts inventories, updating engineering documentation, and training operations teams on new equipment and process changes. You will also champion safety, communicating hazards and maintaining rigorous work practices to protect the project team and the facility.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess both technical proficiency and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening to verify qualifications, followed by a technical deep-dive to evaluate problem-solving skills and mechanical expertise. Final stages involve a team fit interview to ensure alignment with our collaborative, safety-first culture.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
