About the Role
This part-time Registered Nurse position is based at our Terraces of Los Gatos location. You will work a weekend schedule on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. In this role, you will support our residents while contributing to a culture that values growth, leadership development, and personal potential. As a team member, you will help realize the full human potential of both our residents and your fellow colleagues.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive pay rate of $54.51–$58.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to maximize your health, wealth, and well-being, adding up to 40% in value to your base compensation. Eligible employees receive health, dental, and vision plans starting the first of the month following their start date, along with 20 days of paid time off (increasing with tenure) and seven company holidays. Additional perks include a 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match, an HSA option with employer contributions, tuition reimbursement, and a $25/line unlimited cell phone plan.
