About the Role

Strategos is seeking a Training Master Scheduler to support a critical government contract at the Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) in Gulfport, Mississippi. This position serves as a key government personnel member, acting as the single point of contact for all matters related to "A" (Apprentice), C1, D1, F1, and G1 training courses. You will coordinate all on-site and off-site training conducted by the NCTC, serving as the vital link between the Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering (CSFE), the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), and various tenant commands.

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of training scheduling, from drafting weekly schedules for Naval Technical Training to maintaining essential records in systems like NITRAS, CETARS, and eNTRS. Your day will involve resolving scheduling conflicts, coordinating classroom and laboratory facilities, and ensuring all training aids are available. You will also facilitate weekly meetings with Schoolhouse Departments and training personnel to align on course quotas, enrollments, and facility utilization. This position requires a blend of office-based data management and occasional field observation at construction sites to monitor course execution and ensure safety compliance.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will undergo a standard vetting process appropriate for government contract support positions. This includes a review of qualifications against the 5-year minimum scheduling experience requirement and a background check. Selected candidates will be integrated into the NCTC Gulfport team to begin coordinating training operations immediately.
