FocusKPI is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to join a high-tech SaaS client's Marketing Operations & Technology team. This role is designed to share and drive the client's marketing data strategy, ensuring data governance, consistency across systems, and compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
This is a hands-on technical position ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and works autonomously with large datasets. You will bring structure to complex problems by writing complex SQL to access warehouse data and building audiences through the customer data platform (CDP). The ideal candidate is innately curious, passionate about deriving value from disparate data sets, and highly motivated to improve their skills within the modern data stack.
The role involves collaborating cross-functionally with IT, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to integrate data sources, design effective solutions, and communicate deliverables clearly. You will be responsible for developing audience segmentation strategies, enhancing data usability, and executing analyses to provide actionable insights on marketing performance and audience behavior.
