Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead development, production, and closeout of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations
- check_circleAlign marketing collateral and client deliverables with brand standards and guidelines
- check_circleDirect preparation, messaging, and execution of client interviews including rehearsals and logistics
- check_circleCollaborate with pursuit teams to develop strategic responses to anticipated client questions
- check_circleContribute to organization and maintenance of marketing assets and knowledge management systems
- check_circleConduct client and market research to analyze findings and communicate insights
- check_circleShare best practices and provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- check_circleApply project management principles to plan, execute, and deliver work efficiently
- check_circleDevelop and manage pursuit schedules while coordinating cross-functional team contributions

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism, communications, or related field
- verified3-6 years of experience in A/E/C or professional services proposals and marketing
- verifiedFluency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
Customer Relationship Management experience (Salesforce, Deltek, etc.), Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), CPSM or APMP certification
