About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer & Head of Financial Investigations & Forensic Accounting, the Managing Director will drive the expansion of our Financial Investigations and Forensic Accounting practice. This practice provides a diverse range of services, including forensic financial investigations, regulatory response, compliance advisory, litigation support, bankruptcy support, and expert witness services.
In this role, you will partner with senior management on new business development and project execution. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the highest quality of work while managing client relationships at the most senior levels. The position involves shaping the firm's overall strategy to assure continued growth and expansion. You will also play a key role in the training and development of junior practice professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and mentorship.
Hiring Process

Requirements
- verifiedLicensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- verifiedMinimum 12 years of relevant experience in international forensic financial professional services practice
- verifiedExperience in senior management-level roles
- verifiedExperience preparing, delivering, and defending expert analysis and testimony in litigation support and/or regulatory matters
- verifiedCertified Financial Forensics (CFF) or Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) valued
Nice to Have
Certified Financial Forensics (CFF) or Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) certification. Experience in business valuation, internal controls assessment and advisory, and high-volume forensic data analysis. Sector experience in financial services, health care & life sciences.
