In this role, you will perform most new patient exams, mentor new dentists, and coordinate care for patients with specialists.

- check_circleConduct comprehensive oral examinations and evaluations to diagnose dental problems
- check_circleDevelop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
- check_circlePerform dental procedures including fillings, cleanings, extractions, and root canals
- check_circleEducate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
- check_circleMaintain accurate and confidential patient records including X-rays and treatment histories
- check_circleRefer patients to specialists for complex treatments
- check_circleMentor new dentists and build rapport with office staff
- check_circlePartner with operational leadership to achieve production goals and improve workflows
- check_circleEnsure all work is compliant with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards
Requirements
