The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Managing Attorney for our Commercial and Business Litigation Practice, with a focus on partnership disputes and business divorces. This fully remote role combines leadership responsibility with active litigation practice.
As Managing Attorney, you will serve as lead counsel on sophisticated matters while also managing and supervising Senior Associates and Associates. You will provide strategic direction, ensure quality and consistency of work across cases, and help develop the next generation of litigation talent within the firm.
You’ll work directly with founders, executives, and businesses navigating high-stakes disputes. This role is ideal for a trial-ready litigator who thrives on complex cases, enjoys mentoring other attorneys, and is looking to play a central leadership role in a growing boutique firm.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of 15 years of litigation experience

- verifiedLicensed to practice in New York (admission in Florida is a plus)
