- check_circleLead continuous improvement initiatives across assigned facilities
- check_circleAdminister coaching, mentoring, and performance management for staff
- check_circleDevelop detailed outage plans, work scopes, and assign personnel
- check_circleCommunicate technical, financial, and progress status to corporate and site management
- check_circleExecute refueling outage services and manage vendor communications
- check_circleCreate scope schedules and budgets using life cycle cost management systems
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree with 8 years of power generation experience OR Associate's degree with 10 years of power generation experience OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of power generation experience
- verifiedDemonstrated leadership in a minimum of 3 refueling outages
- verifiedMaintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements
- verifiedFavorable medical examination and/or testing
