This position is responsible for the execution of turbine generator outage project teams, supporting safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. You will implement the standardization of outage processes and procedures across assigned Constellation CECs, reinforcing standards and expectations for Outage Planning & Services personnel and other stakeholders to establish an error-free, professional work environment.
In this role, you will apply expert knowledge to the execution of refueling outage services, serving as the primary communication link between client CEC management and major vendor service organizations. You will direct project completion and close-out of financial and technical documentation while promoting fiscal accountability among all project participants. A key part of your day-to-day involves driving continuous improvement initiatives and reinforcing appropriate fundamental behaviors, including administering coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and employees.
