About the Role

As a Manager of Software Security Engineering, you will lead a team responsible for delivering reusable, foundational security components across Anduril's product suite. This role exists to bridge the gap between strategic security vision and practical implementation, ensuring that our products are built with resiliency from the ground up.

You will set the technical direction for security architecture and design, balancing long-term platform investments with high-leverage projects that deliver immediate value. Working closely with engineering and security teams, you will drive the development of critical security tooling and infrastructure, often focusing on firmware, embedded systems, and Linux environments. Beyond technical leadership, you will cultivate a high-performing team by managing career development, hiring, and performance, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and operational reliability.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret (TS) clearance.
