The PMO Manager serves as a strategic partner to Engineering, Regional Managers, Finance, and Account Teams, driving the successful execution of complex Information Technology projects. This role exists to ensure rigorous process adherence while fostering individual team member development and cultivating a positive, high-performance work environment.
You will bridge the gap between project delivery and business objectives, working directly with Sales, Project Managers, and deployment resources to ensure engagements are executed flawlessly. Your day-to-day involves overseeing project lifecycles, managing personnel, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external customers, and subcontractors. By balancing financial discipline with operational excellence, you will ensure customer satisfaction, meet or exceed SLAs, and drive continuous improvement in methodologies and deployment processes.

Bachelor's Degree, extended management experience, one to three years' prior sales/business development experience, extended knowledge of Cisco technologies and deployment practices.
