This is a fully on-site position at our office in Miami Lakes, designed for a driven, results-obsessed leader ready to run our Senior Case Management team. Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. You must be obsessed with results, accountability, and winning, with a proven track record of managing teams and hitting targets. Ideally, you bring experience in personal injury and settlement negotiations, coupled with strong communication skills that allow you to coach, challenge, and develop your people.

The Day-to-Day

Your day will involve leading and motivating a team of high-volume case managers, running 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins. You will hold your team accountable to productivity and quality standards while monitoring pipeline, projections, and closing performance.

You will jump in on escalated client situations to turn them around, identifying gaps and fixing inefficiencies to improve workflows. A key part of your mission is building structure, developing future leaders, and scaling the team through strategic hiring, training, and leveling up talent.
