About ACRP

ACRP - Association of Clinical Research Professionals is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, Clinical Research Content & Curriculum Writer to join our Learning & Development team. This role is committed to being an active part of a productive, efficient, and empowered team, with a sincere commitment to the mission and members of ACRP.

About the Role

The Manager, Clinical Research Content & Curriculum Writer will own, author, and manage all content for ACRP training content and programs through the lens of clinical research competencies, skills, and curriculum development principles. This position supports instructional design efforts, subject matter experts (SMEs), and learning technology to ensure the efficient execution of learning content.

In this role, you will break down technical concepts into digestible, engaging, and interactive learning experiences that drive learner outcomes for clinical research professionals. You will apply learning and development principles to content development and curriculum design, ensuring all materials reflect the latest clinical research guidelines, regulations, and customer needs. The ideal candidate is customer and learner-centric, capable of managing global content at scale, and proficient in using AI tools in the content development process.

Work Environment

This is a full-time salaried position. The role is fully remote, with occasional travel required, specifically related to ACRP’s annual conference. The position requires prolonged periods of working on a computer, speaking on the phone, using video conferencing, and typing. Flexible hours, including weekends, may be required during peak times such as the annual conference.
