ACRP - Association of Clinical Research Professionals is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, Clinical Research Content & Curriculum Writer to join our Learning & Development team. About the Role
The Manager, Clinical Research Content & Curriculum Writer will own, author, and manage all content for ACRP training content and programs through the lens of clinical research competencies, skills, and curriculum development principles. This position supports instructional design efforts, subject matter experts (SMEs), and learning technology to ensure the efficient execution of learning content.
In this role, you will break down technical concepts into digestible, engaging, and interactive learning experiences that drive learner outcomes for clinical research professionals. You will apply learning and development principles to content development and curriculum design, ensuring all materials reflect the latest clinical research guidelines, regulations, and customer needs. The ideal candidate is customer and learner-centric, capable of managing global content at scale, and proficient in using AI tools in the content development process.
Work Environment
This is a full-time salaried position. The role is fully remote, with occasional travel required, specifically related to ACRP’s annual conference. The position requires prolonged periods of working on a computer, speaking on the phone, using video conferencing, and typing. Flexible hours, including weekends, may be required during peak times such as the annual conference.

Requirements

- verifiedMinimum of four years' experience in content development, instructional design, curriculum development, and project management
- verifiedExpert in virtual and in-person training delivery
- verifiedProficiency in instructional design software (e.g., Articulate 360)
- verifiedProficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and content management (CMS) platforms
- verifiedProficiency in using multimedia tools and technologies
- verifiedKnowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models
- verifiedMember of professional organization(s) to keep current on L&D best practices
