About the Role
This position serves as the operational leader for CCTV functions across multiple properties, managing day-to-day technical operations and overseeing a team of CCTV technicians. The role is designed to ensure the health, security, and compliance of closed-circuit surveillance systems while fostering a collaborative environment between surveillance leaders, internal departments, and external vendors.
The manager acts as a bridge between technical execution and strategic oversight, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security infrastructure. Beyond technical management, the role focuses on cultivating a high-performance culture that promotes teamwork, efficiency, and respect. The incumbent is expected to model exemplary standards, ensuring that the team delivers "Family Style Service" while maintaining rigorous adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
