This onsite position at UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hosp supports the day-to-day operations of care management. You will play a vital role in developing departmental goals and standards that align with the organization's strategic vision. The role involves managing staff relations, overseeing scheduling and recruitment, and monitoring departmental budgets and regulatory compliance.
You will assess the quality of patient care delivered and coordinate services across patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. A key part of your day will involve tracking data, noting trends, and identifying improvement opportunities through staff observations and chart reviews. You will also manage complaints and conflicts to resolution, ensuring a supportive environment for both patients and the care team.
