About the Role

As a Manager in Training, you will complete all levels of training while serving customers and learning every aspect of the store and the company. This role is designed for those interested in learning to truly manage a business as part of our accelerated leadership development track.

You will serve as a vital link between our customers and our technicians. Your day will involve greeting customers courteously, scheduling service appointments, and consulting clients on their specific service needs. You will keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles, ensuring they receive a high level of customer service and a positive experience throughout their visit.

Beyond customer interaction, you will be deeply involved in every aspect of store operations. This includes communicating accurately with teammates and technicians to establish time commitments that meet both our company standards and customer expectations. You will be responsible for ensuring our high-level expectations are met, maintained, and exceeded, with the flexibility to step in and take on additional duties whenever necessary.
