About the Role

We are looking for a Maintenance/Operator Technician (Master Technician) based in Prattville, AL. This is a 3rd Shift position, working from 10:30 PM to 7 AM. As a Master Technician, you will be a vital part of the Graham family, operating and maintaining injection and/or blow molding machines to ensure employee safety, produce high-quality containers, and maximize machine efficiency. You will work with minimal supervision to troubleshoot fluid power circuits, perform minor repairs on production equipment, and ensure all tasks are completed in a prompt, safe, and efficient manner.

To perform this job successfully, candidates must be able to perform each essential duty independently or with minimal assistance. The role requires passing all requirements to become an "Electrically Authorized" employee in accordance with the corporate Electrical Safety Training Program. Please note that the final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.
