This position is part of Cargill's protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. Located in Marshall, MO, this role supports the operational integrity of our production floor by managing critical IT infrastructure and labeling systems.
You will serve as a key technical resource, ensuring the seamless operation of Bizerba equipment, network systems, and plant-wide labeling processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve maintaining the Bizerba database, creating and updating label layouts, and troubleshooting a variety of hardware including PCs, laptops, printers, scales, and scan guns. You will also manage network schematics, monitor servers, and coordinate with the Management of Change (MOC) team to ensure all pricing and label changes are tested and approved before implementation on the floor.
