About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated on-call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support the nursing needs of our residents. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents, team members, and visitors. Your day will involve actively incorporating our person-directed care philosophy into daily rhythms, ensuring residents feel supported and valued.
You will collaborate closely with care partners to develop assignments that foster a culture of inspiration and accountability. This position is ideal for those who share a contagious passion for working with seniors and want to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents every day.
