About the Role
We are seeking a passionate on-call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team and meet the nursing needs of our residents. In this role, you will actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care," ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, the team, and visitors. You will play a vital part in participating in the residents' daily life rhythm.
You will develop care assignments in coordination with care partners, keeping each team member inspired and accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Our residents are amazing and deserve to be treated with the utmost respect. If you share a contagious passion for working with seniors, we invite you to come share it with us.
Hiring Process
New graduates are welcome to apply. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a current CA LVN license and current CPR certification. Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred.
