About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated on-call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support the nursing needs of our residents. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents, team members, and visitors. Your day-to-day involves actively incorporating our person-directed care philosophy into the rhythm of residents' lives.
You will collaborate closely with care partners to develop care assignments, ensuring that every team member remains inspired and accountable for the highest quality of resident care and satisfaction.
