About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Lustre Technical Staff member to join our new internal Lustre team. This role is responsible for delivering an enterprise-class NetApp software product. You will thrive as part of a high-performance team tasked with finding creative solutions to the most profound data challenges customers face.

In this position, you will collaborate with passionate teams to tackle real-world challenges and see your impact in how customers transform and grow. You will present technical concepts and industry updates to senior leadership and collaborate with our Product Marketing team to define and prioritize feature and solution requirements. You will also write concise technical papers on topics such as feature value definition or competitive analysis.

Working Environment

At NetApp, we embrace a hybrid working environment designed to strengthen connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees. This means that most roles will have some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations, which will be shared during the recruitment process. While preferred locations include San Jose, Research Triangle Park (RTP), Wichita, and Boulder, it is likely this position will need to be hired as remote to attract the ideal candidate.
