The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Discipline organization is the central focus for Mission Systems Integration activities within Raytheon. Within SE&TC, Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable, and delivered on time. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation, with a specific focus on product support including Logistics, Technical Manuals, Training, Reliability, Maintainability, Supportability, and Repair.
As the LTAMDS Technical Manual Writer, you will support the development of all aspects of the LTAMDS Technical Manuals (TMs). In this role, you will be part of a team of writers and illustrators dedicated to developing operational and maintenance manuals for the LTAMDS program. You will assess engineering data for impacts to existing technical content and collaborate on the creation of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) and traditional Technical Manuals. This position requires a blend of independent analysis and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality documentation that supports system-level integration, verification, and validation.
This position is onsite in Huntsville, AL, Tewksbury, MA, or El Paso, TX. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active and existing DoD Secret security clearance. The role may require travel up to 20%.

Knowledge of ICC and Fire Unit Operations. Patriot Master Gunner or Top Gun graduate. Knowledge of organizational maintenance and remove and replace techniques. Knowledge of radar theory and radar propagation.
