About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. This position is designed for a compassionate professional committed to excellence in nursing practice. You will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes by collaborating with multidisciplinary team members and providing comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established patient care plans.
In this role, you will monitor patient health, record changes in condition, and administer medications while maintaining accurate patient records. A key part of your day will involve educating patients and their families on healthcare plans and participating in the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care. You will ensure strict compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, utilizing your clinical skills and proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to deliver safe, effective care.
