About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver direct nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient progress, and support individualized rehab care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
You will educate patients and families, promote safety and infection control, and help patients regain independence in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
