About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of rehab progress. Working closely with RNs, therapists, physicians, and families, you'll support individualized care plans that promote optimal recovery and safe discharge.
