About the Role
This role is designed to provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings. You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring patient health, maintaining accurate records of therapy and condition, and administering medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare practitioners' prescriptions. Beyond clinical duties, you will communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals, while also educating patients and their families on health-related matters. This position offers impactful patient interactions and the opportunity to adhere to federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest safety and sanitization protocols.
