About the Role
As an LPN/LVN II, you will serve as a dedicated provider of direct and comprehensive nursing care. This role exists to elevate healthcare standards by utilizing state-of-the-art resources to ensure every patient receives exceptional attention. You will be the bridge between medical prescriptions and patient well-being, administering medications and treatments while monitoring health status and maintaining accurate therapy records.
Your day will involve collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate integrated care, communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and educating families on critical health-related matters. Whether in a facility or a home setting, you will adhere to federal, state, and local regulations while applying your practical nursing skills to create a safe and sanitized environment for those we serve.
