About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings. You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. The role is designed for impactful patient interactions, where you will monitor patient health, maintain accurate records of therapy and condition, and administer medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare practitioners' prescriptions. Additionally, you will play a key role in educating patients and their families on health-related matters while communicating effectively with family members and other healthcare professionals. Adhering to federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies is central to your daily activities.
