About the Role

You will serve as a vital link in our care continuum, providing direct and comprehensive nursing care in various settings. Your day will involve monitoring patient health, maintaining accurate records of therapy and conditions, and administering medications and treatments in strict accordance with healthcare practitioners' prescriptions.
