About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings. You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Your day-to-day impact will include monitoring patient health, maintaining accurate records of therapy and condition, and administering medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare practitioners' prescriptions. Effective communication with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals is central to the role, as is educating patients and their families on health-related matters. You will adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies in all activities, ensuring a safe and compliant environment.
