About the Role

As an LPN/LVN II, you will serve as a dedicated provider of direct and comprehensive nursing care across various settings. This role exists to elevate healthcare standards by utilizing state-of-the-art resources to ensure patient safety and well-being. You will be the bridge between patients, their families, and the broader healthcare team, fostering integrated care through effective communication and collaboration.

In this position, you will monitor patient health, maintain accurate records of therapy and conditions, and administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with practitioner prescriptions.
