About the Role

As an LPN/LVN II, you will serve as a dedicated caregiver, utilizing state-of-the-art resources to elevate healthcare standards. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in various healthcare environments and are passionate about providing direct, comprehensive nursing care. You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating to facilitate integrated care that addresses the unique needs of every patient.

In this position, you will monitor patient health, maintain accurate records of therapy and conditions, and administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with healthcare practitioners' prescriptions. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in educating patients and their families on health-related matters and communicating effectively with family members and other healthcare professionals. Your work will ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a safe and sanitized environment for those we serve.
