About the Role
As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers quality nursing care to patients through direct interpersonal contact. Your mission is to provide care and services that allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, strictly in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. On a daily basis, you will monitor and report changes in patient conditions and provide clinical supervision, instructing, and assigning duties to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
