About the Role
As a full-time day-shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct patient care within a holistic model. Working closely with RNs, providers, and support staff, you will build trusting relationships with patients and families while performing nursing assessments, administering medications, and managing wound care. Your role extends beyond clinical tasks to include reinforcing patient education, coordinating care and follow-up appointments, and actively participating in quality improvement and population health efforts.
