About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Louisiana. In this field-based position, you will serve as the primary face of SmartStart Education, selling our high-dosage tutoring services and K-12 staffing solutions to school districts.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by building strong, lasting relationships with school administrators, district leaders, and educational decision-makers. This is a dynamic, travel-intensive role where you will regularly visit clients and attend industry events to understand their specific challenges and present tailored solutions that align with their educational goals. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the K-12 landscape and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles to secure new business.

Requirements
