About the Role

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the Logistics Coordinator is the heartbeat of our daily onsite delivery operations. You will monitor the entire lifecycle of deliveries from start to finish, ensuring that our direct-to-consumer promise is kept. As often the first person delivery drivers meet in person, you serve as their primary communication point of contact for both emergency and non-emergency calls. Your role is critical in tracking driver movements to ensure successful, timely deliveries to our customers.
