About the Opportunity
We are seeking a CRNA to join a Level III Trauma Center in Minneapolis, MN, for an ongoing staffing need. This role offers a unique blend of inpatient and outpatient care within a supportive, medically supervised team environment. The facility is known for fostering strong professional relationships, with physicians who deeply trust the CRNA's clinical judgment and autonomy.
The Role
You will manage a diverse patient population ranging from 0 to 99 years old, handling a daily volume of 1 to 8 cases. The position requires versatility across a wide spectrum of specialties, including Adult Ortho, GYN/ONC, Urology, Complex Spine, Ophthalmology, Plastics, and ECT. A significant portion of the role involves Pediatric care, ranging from Peds Cath Lab and ENT to GS, Urology, BMT, and Oculoplastic procedures. While the team typically does not handle NICU cases under 6 months, you must be fully comfortable managing both pediatric and adult cases in the Donor Care unit.
Schedule & Logistics
This is a Monday-through-Friday position with no call duties or weekend requirements. Shifts are available as 8-hour (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) or 10-hour (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) blocks. Candidates must be available for at least two weeks per month, totaling 40 hours per week. The start date is ASAP, with a credentialing timeframe of approximately 60 days.

Qualifications & Licensing
While 1 year of experience is required (2+ years preferred), this opportunity is open to candidates currently pursuing their licenses. The role demands a high level of adaptability and clinical confidence across the specified surgical and pediatric domains.
