About the Position

CompHealth connects Nurse Practitioners with pediatric opportunities in Charlotte, NC, offering a flexible PRN role covering patients from ages 0 to 21. This position is designed for providers seeking a streamlined experience where the agency handles all logistical details, including housing, travel, licensing, and credentialing, at no cost to you.\n In this role, you will provide care during 8:30 am to 5:00 pm shifts, with a dedicated break from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm. The typical caseload involves approximately 25 patients per day. To ensure readiness, the role includes virtual training with an MD the day before your shift begins. Hospital privileges are required for this assignment.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay rate for this position ranges from $70 to $92 per hour. This rate is all-inclusive, combining an hourly base pay with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday pay. Rates are estimates and may vary based on critical need, your overall experience, and qualifications. The comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401(K) plan.
