About the Opportunity
We are seeking three full-time Locum CRNAs to join our team in South Carolina, starting in October 2026. This role offers a dynamic environment within a medically directed facility featuring four operating rooms. The position is designed for anesthesiologists comfortable with a diverse case mix, including General, Orthopedic, Robotics, Urology, and ENT procedures, as well as healthy pediatric patients.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The schedule consists of 8-hour shifts. A key component of this role involves call coverage, which can be managed from outside the hospital if the provider is within 30 minutes of the facility. Call rooms are available upon request. The call frequency will be determined by the number of permanent CRNAs hired prior to the start date; in the worst-case scenario, locums may be on call every fourth night and every fourth weekend.
Flexibility is essential, as candidates must be willing to float to three other sites if case volume at the primary Carolina Forest location is limited or unavailable. The facility utilizes the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers competitive hourly pay, along with comprehensive housing and travel allowances. Additionally, A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage is included. A $500 referral bonus is available for any referral who successfully works for 30 days.
