About the Role
Pavlich, Inc. is seeking self-motivated CDL A drivers to join our team in Kansas City. This position involves the safe and timely transportation of bulk freight from customer locations to manufacturing, distribution, and retail centers. You will work closely with dispatchers to plan routes and track deliveries, ensuring goods arrive on schedule while adhering to all safety regulations.
The role is ideal for drivers who can work independently, communicate effectively, and perform well under pressure. We offer year-round work with opportunities for local, regional, or OTR routes depending on your location. Most locations offer the chance to be home daily.
Our Fleet and Operations
We are committed to keeping our equipment and operations up to date in this constantly changing industry. Drivers will operate late-model manual and automatic Peterbilts, as well as day cabs, sleepers, and straight trucks, all kept in excellent condition. Our operations are supported by IVG ELD devices and an onsite shop for maintenance.
