About the Role

Drive for more than just a paycheck. This role offers a stable, high-earning, career-building opportunity designed to get you home daily. As a Class A Delivery Driver in Roseville, MN, you will operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes with no layovers.

Your day will involve handling packaged Chicken, Beef, or Pork products, requiring touch freight experience. You will navigate overnight driving schedules with dispatch times typically between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM, depending on your specific route. Working a 4-day work week (with the possibility of a 5th day) for 12-14 hours per day, you will complete 10-15 stops daily. All trailers are equipped with lift gates, eliminating the need for ramps, though the role requires the ability to lift 5-75+ lbs. and work in multi-temperature environments including coolers and freezers.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL with a current DOT medical card. We look for individuals with at least one year of tractor-trailer driving and delivery experience, along with strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers. Applicants must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as part of our 24/7 operation.

Relocation Opportunity

We offer a $5,000 lump sum relocation bonus (grossed up) available to qualified candidates with a signed 1-year repayment agreement. Approval is pending based on relevant work experience, job tenure, and driving record.
